The Hound of the Baskervilles at Crown Center

This play is a comedy act adapted from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, written by Steve Canny and John Nicholson.  It is a mystery with Sherlock Holmes played by University of Central Missouri Professor John Wilson. Dr. Watson is played by Ken Remmert. The Baskervilles family members is played by Roofing Brown. Together they play 16 characters
The only things I can complain about are one either the director or Mr. Remmert need to read Sir Arthur's novel, because Dr. Watson has a bad leg from being in a war. Therefore, the person playing him should.know to have a cane/walking stick and to walk with a slight limp.
As for Sherlock Holmes I just have one question. Where is your pipe? They remember it for the posters and pamphlets but forgot to have it in the play at one point. I would say in the beginning when they are at the Baker Street Home.
All they other characters where as I have picture them when I read the drama version in middle school.

  1. It's interesting that you point out the pipe missing. Was it there for most of the play but not some parts? Perhaps it was done on purpose?

    1. They had a character that smoke a cigarette but no pipe Just like with the cane. The same character that smoke also had a walking stick that he left at Holmes' place.
